This is an excellent opportunity to explore the fascinating world of seaweeds, strengthen international collaboration, and expand your knowledge in science, culture, and sustainability.
The contest consists of two stages:
| Online phase – February 2026
Participants will complete creative and scientific challenges related to seaweed identification, marine culture, sustainable applications, and communication.
| Final phase – April 2026, Valencia (Spain)
The top ten participants will be invited to the final round at the Catholic University of Valencia (UCV). All travel and participation expenses will be covered by the organisers.
Registration is open until 10 December 2025.
Participation is open to EU-CONEXUS alliance university students only.
