SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT INTERN

• A curious, creative thinker who enjoys research and finds motivation in that “eureka” moment;
• A hands-on approach—someone who doesn’t just analyze but also takes action;
• Ability to translate regulations into real-life applications in a way that makes sense for our business;
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather requirements for ESG reporting—research industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
• Prioritize action plans—help define what steps Aros Marine should take next;
• Turn compliance into culture—make sustainability more than a report by integrating it into how we work and what we believe in;
• Bring creativity into research—find ways to simplify complex regulations and adapt them to Aros Marine’s vision;
• Collaborate across teams—work with different departments to ensure sustainability is embedded in our operations.
