RECRUITMENT INTERN

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong motivation and willingness to learn about recruitment;
• Great English communication skills – both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, but not required – we just need someone motivated and ready to learn!
• There is an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship, based on performance, so if you’re ready to learn, contribute, and be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Help with recruitment–writing job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;
• Gather and analyze job market data and check out what competitors are doing;
• Assist with managing our candidate database and making sure everything runs smoothly;
• Collaborate with different teams to improve the recruitment process;
• Share ideas on how to make our hiring process even better and attract the best candidates.
