HR DOCUMENTATION INTERN

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in HR documentation;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
• Great English communication skills – both written and spoken;
• Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
• Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required – a willingness to learn is key!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in organizing and maintaining employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
• Support the preparation and processing of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, amendments, and other personnel records;
• Help manage and update the employee database, ensuring data is current and well-organized;
• Assist in creating and implementing efficient document management processes;
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and compliant employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
